Professional Work, Attitude, & Appearance

Understanding the importance of my work as a Notary Public encouranges me to strive to do the best I can for each company and signer I work for.

My desire is to build a lasting relationship with you my customer and remain on your "Preferred" list of Notary Publics.

All document signing is in accordance with the state law of Arizona.

These are some of the requirements for all signings:

*Per that law I can not provide legal explanations. If you have questions about the document please contact an attorney or the person allowed by law to explain this.

*All signers must provide proof of identification with a photograph.  These would include a non-expired drivers license, visa, or military identification, temporary citizenship, etc.  A credit card without a picture and full residential address is not sufficient.  At times, a utility bill addressed to the signer at the address of the signing will suffice.

*If you are signing as Power of Attorney for another individual you must provide the document that gives you that power.

If you are an individual requesting a signing please have the above documentation ready at the time of the signing.  If you are a company requiring a notarization service please advise your signer(s) of these requirements.  Doing so will save us both time and frustration.  Thank you.
